Who We Serve

 

Individuals no longer needing intensive guidance live with carefully screened individuals or families in a DSI Home. 

The setting provides individuals with disabilities a higher level of independence and supervision to further develop their life skills.

DSI staff helps them work towards being able to live independently without supervision when necessary.

In providing foster care services to Adults who need fostering, DSI welcomes family input on the care of their love one’s as well as any representatives who represent each of the clients we care for.

    DSI and its staff serve the entire disabled community, ranging from the Blind, the Deaf, others with Chemical Dependency and Fetal Alcohol Syndromes.

    DSI staff are also trained to care for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and those with Complex Medical Needs.

    DSI also provides Psychiatric Crisis Interventions in helping with Physically/Mentally Disabled Individuals.

    We take pride in our services and it’s our goal to make sure each and every placement in our homes yield results and also help transition the individual towards his or her goal.
